1. Sponsor

The Free American Silver Eagle Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by A.C. Maher & Co., LLC (ACM)(“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on the 1st of each month at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on the final day of each month at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the official entry form available at [Website URL] during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person (for life)  and per email address. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Any attempt to submit multiple entries may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. You cannot enter each month. This is a ONE TIME ENTRY giveaway.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) American Silver Eagle coin

Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about [the last day of each month] from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within [30] days following the drawing.

The selected winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within [10] days of notification.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, city/state, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action

Any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Promotion

Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
